The most widely used pregnancy drug for pain and fever relief is Tylenol. More recent and larger studies, including sibling designs, have not found any association within in pregnancy consumption of acetaminophen and increased risks of tylenol adverse effects, despite earlier research suggesting a possible link. Pregnant women always need to talk to their doctors before taking any medicine, even over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol.
